About This Product:

Charging the right price is absolutely ESSENTIAL if you want to run a photography business that's both profitable AND sustainable. But figuring out what to charge for your wedding and portrait photography services can feel overwhelming.

"How much should I charge? Should I include travel? What if they want extra hours? What if they ask for a discount?!"

Knowing how to price your work as a photographer is almost as much of an art as the photography itself! But in this two hour workshop, we're going to break everything down so that you know exactly how much to charge for your products and services.

Why Now?
If you're under-charging for your services, you could be missing out on money EVERY time you book. The sooner you figure out how to charge what your photography is worth, the sooner you can make more money, feel better about your sessions, and grow your business in a way that FEELS good to you!

Why This Course?
We've seen students who under-charge for their services start making an extra $50 every time they shoot within days of attending this workshop. And if this course helped you raise your wedding prices by even just $100 per wedding, this workshop will have paid for itself! With Hunter and Sarah guiding you through their Pricing Principles, the investment in this course will pay dividends time and time again!

Why Learn from Us?
In 4 years, we quadrupled our prices, and our clients haven't hesitated to keep booking us. We've raised our prices consistently year after year by just the right amount, so that we book as many weddings and portrait sessions as we've wanted. In this workshop, we're breaking down exactly how we knew when it was time to raise our prices, as well as our secrets for pricing our wedding coverage and packages.

What Will You Learn?
Here's what we'll cover in this 2-hour workshop:
  • How to know if you aren't charging enough -- if you're feeling burnt out and overworked, you may be leaving money on the table!
  • How to know if you're charging too much -- if you feel like you're getting ghosted by client after client, or you aren't booking as much as you want, the problem could be with your pricing.
  • When is it time to raise your prices -- How would you like to make more money for the same work?! Well, the answer could be as simple as raising your prices. We're going to help you figure out if it's time!
  • Understanding your "CODB" -- Knowing your "Cost of Doing Business" is essentially for any small business... or is it...? We're going to teach you what COBD is, how to figure yours out, and how that information affects your pricing.
  • How to structure your offering -- Packages or Ala Carte? Prints, albums, both, or neither? Should I price sessions by the number of images, or by the time we spend? What should I offer, and for how much?
  • Common pricing questions -- We'll address travel fees, elopements, discounts, how to charge for your first wedding, and so much more!

What Others Are Saying About Learning from Hunter and Sarah:
"[Hunter and Sarah] took me step-by-step from being a person with a camera to a professional portrait photographer, booking and shooting multiple sessions per week. They pushed me to bet on myself and my abilities, and really put my all into my photography business. My business would not be where it is now without [Hunte rand Sarah], and neither would I. They believed in me before I believed in myself, and with their guidance and encouragement, I have grown immensely as a photographer, as a businesswoman, and as a person." - Kelly Spaine, Student 2019-Present

"Through [Hunter and Sarah's] program, I have learned the ins-and-outs of successfully running a photography business. Learning from them has not only increased my photography knowledge base and skill sets, but it has also given me the confidence to go out and lead-shoot a wedding day. As someone who still works full-time, having a wedding and portrait photography business has added so much value to my life. I love the community that I've built around my photography and the opportunities for creativity that it affords!" - Hayley Spear, Student 2021-Present

This workshop was super introspective, and helped me navigate how I can book more sustainable clients for my business. They talked about their own examples from their business, and it was super helpful information to implement in my own. I highly recommend to any photographers wanting to build a sustainable business.
